XCom PS3 este un joc de tip actiune shooter strategie lansat de 2K Games in data de10/12/2012, disponibi pentru PC, PlayStation 3 si Xbox 360.
2K mai spune ca jocul XCOM va fi o noua imagine a unui joc destul de vechi si de apreciat de public, combinat cu nucleul de strategie francezian, impreuna cu suspans si multe incurcaturi, va rezulta din XCOM un shooter excelent.
Povestea jocului este inspirata de agentul special William Carter si de echipa lui, in lupta cu disparitia umanitatii .
Noul titlu XCOM va fi putin diferit fata de ce ne-a obisnuit seria, acesta axandu-se spre o perspectiva \"first person\".
